I live in the Southwest, will the paint colors withstand extreme summer heat above 38 degrees without blistering or peeling?

I live in the Northwest and have used it for two summers. The colors are still great. The first summer was 38 degrees and the second was 37 degrees.

Can the height of the wind spinner be reduced?

You can remove the middle section of the metal pole to make it shorter. The tubes are interchangeable.

Are all parts made of solid metal?

Yes, all parts are metal and very sturdy.

Can the wind spinner rotate in both directions?

It rotates in whatever direction the wind blows. The wheels rotate independently and make the most of any wind.

How is it ensured that it does not tip over in the wind?

The bottom pole has three tapered feet that are driven into the ground. Very firm and stable!
